Francie Lowe is a member of the Florida Bar and Georgia Bar. She is an experienced attorney with expertise in executive management, general counsel, commercial and real estate law, franchise relations, estate planning and administration, business planning and all operations.
For more than fourteen years, Ms. Lowe has provided clients in Leon, Wakulla, and surrounding counties with quality legal services. Her knowledge of the intricacies of the law, coupled with an understanding of the power of negotiation and the need for business efficiencies ensure her clients receive the highest level of representation. As a local resident, she appreciates the area and understands the importance of trustworthy counsel in sensitive times of need.
A native Floridian, Ms. Lowe received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University (1982), a Juris Doctor at Walter F. George School of Law from Mercer University (1985) and a Master of Laws in Taxation at Holland Law School from University of Florida (1986). She was raised in Wakulla County and, following the completion of her education, practiced in Georgia and Florida. In the early part of her career she was the Chief Executive Officer of the Homes and Lands Publishing Corporation. Francie and her husband, Brian have been living in Wakulla County for the last 32 years, the last 12 years as a empty nesters enjoying the gulf of Mexico as often as possible.
Lani, who is a licensed Title Agent, has been with Lowe Title Services since its start in 2005 and prides herself on the level of customer service provided to buyers and sellers as well as the real estate and lending community. She is an alumnus of Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and has lived in Wakulla County since 1993. Lani and her husband enjoy the numerous recreational activities available in the County and surrounding areas.

Michelle has been with Frances Casey Lowe, P.A. since 2016, where she started as a temp and made a home there as the Office Manager. Michelle came to the firm as a Paralegal and specializes in Estate Planning, Corporate and Real Estate law. She also worked on the title side as a Closing Paralegal. She holds a degree in Criminal Justice and has twenty-plus years of experience in the legal field. She is also a licensed Florida notary. Michelle grew up in Crawfordville, where she now residents with her husband and youngest of four sons.

Chrissy joined the firm in 2022 as a Paralegal, specializing in Probate, Family, and Real Estate law. She holds a master’s degree in psychology and previously worked as a therapist for 12 years. With 13 years of experience as a paralegal, Chrissy brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Originally from Tallahassee, she moved to Crawfordville three years ago with her husband and four children.
